I have a recipe that cooks for 45 min at 350 in a normal-size tarte/pie pan. I'm going to make same recipe in 6 mini-tarte pans (maybe 4 inches in diameter). How long should I cook them??Big tarte to mini tarte--cook time?
I personally would do them at the same heat, and check on them after 20 mins.
