i think im giong to buy it, i jsut want to make sure its what i want. Currentally im useing Jordada. So Tarte.........Have you ever tryed it? If so is it any good? does it smear? Does it stay on all day? Does it make your eyes look full/ dark?? Thank~!~!~!!!Tarte eyeliner???
It's OK- Honestly it's just as good as drugstore eyeliner and I wouldn't waste my money on this. But if you really are set to get this buy it somewhere that will allow you to return it used ( like Sephora )
