it breaks my skin out but was 28 bucks should i use it on my lips or no?Can i use tarte cheekstain on my lips and will it dry them out if i do?
You can use it on your lips, but if it's made you break out and you bought it at a store rather than on Ebay, I'd bring it back instead. Most stores have return policies on cosmetics.
